10th Southeastern Microbrewer's Festival
Chapel Hill, North Carolina
Saturday, May 3, 2003  ~  3 - 9 p.m.

The new hours and shorter time frame produced a festival that was more
brewer- and attendee-friendly. And a little late-day sprinkle didn't interrupt the fun.

The festival was held at the Chapel Hill VFW. Representatives were on hand to spread the word about the "Pop the Cap" effort now underway to remove the 6% alcohol limit on beers.
